About Fitness Science Lab: our mission, editorial approach, and research methodology.
Fitness Science Lab exists to translate peer-reviewed exercise science into practical, evidence-grounded guides. We focus on the mechanisms: how training adaptations happen, how peptides interact with biological pathways, and what the research actually says—not what supplement marketing claims.
Every article starts with the primary literature. We summarize findings from published studies, note limitations, and distinguish between what's established and what's still under investigation. We don't extrapolate beyond the data.
We cover topics across fitness peptide research, training science, exercise physiology, recovery protocols. Articles are written for researchers, informed readers, and people with a genuine interest in the underlying science.
Content is for informational purposes only. Nothing here constitutes medical advice. Peptide research covered on this site refers to laboratory and pre-clinical contexts.
